Democracy for America is a group established by former Deomcratic presidentail candidate Howard Dean to apply grass-roots organizing techniqes to the current imbalance of political and economic power in America today.

Calling all Beaches Democrats for a monthly meeting with inspiring speakers and programs where we plan actions on national, state, and local issues and strategize about how to turn Duval County Blue! We also meet-up for election parties, voter registration drives, canvassing for candidates, pot-lucks, our monthly book-club, etc. We usually have 50+ in attendance and want to quadruple that by the next election. Feets on the street!
