I am your group?s new organizer and my name is Eric Lafayette.

You may not know it yet but in my heart you are precious.
Why?
Because you are liberals and progressives, in a word true Democrats.
You have endured 6 years of tyranny from President Bush and his cronies when Democracy in the US has been seriously undermined. During President Bush dictatorship the USA was not a Democracy anymore.
Now that the Democrats have regained power in Congress we can rejoice and celebrate the restoration of Democracy in the USA. You are Great Patriots, Smart and Generous.
I will not abandon you after the votes are all counted.
I would genuinely like that we walk the path together to a better Democracy and a better America.

OUR TIMES ARE CHALLENGING. Never in recent history has there been a better time to be involved in the making of decisions for your country.
I will strive to stay in touch with you as much as possible and sincerely hope that you will send me ideas and comments as often as you wish. You will receive my Newsletter USA TOMORROW once a week.

My main projects will revolve around the idea of small TOWN HALL MEETINGS where YOU can debate with other fellow Democrats. It is my hope that we can organize these meetings in conjunction with other Democratic groups.
We can also organize informal gatherings for the simple pleasure of spending time with other intelligent, pleasant and committed people who share our Democratic ideals.
