We are a grassroots coalition group of Democracy for America.

(This venue change is just for October. It puts us close to Obama's Fishers Office and makes it easy to go over to sign up to volunteer or pick up literature. Hope to see you!)

We are mostly Democrats, though we welcome progressives of any political stripe.

To use DFA-Link you need to Sign-up, or if you've already signed up -- Log-in.

To use the tool, after you're registered and signed in you need to join groups. Five groups apply to residents of Central Indiana:

Our meetup group is the Indianapolis -- Northside Meetup.

There is also an Indianapolis -- Southside Meetup. This group has not been meeting, but Laura Arnold is now working to get folks on the southside organized. If you are interested in being in a group that meets downtown or on the Southside of Indy, instead of driving all the way up to Clearwater Crossing, sign up for this group. If you are interested in helping host or organize this group, sign up in DFA Link and email me or Laura.

There is also a City-wide Group -- DFA Indianapolis -- aka Indy for Democracy. (This is for everyone --- the Northside Meetup, the Southside Meetup and anybody else in or around Central Indiana who is interested in workshops or projects.)

The fourth group -- Indiana Progressives -- is a Statewide Group for everyone in Indiana that is working for progressive change within the Democratic Party.

The fifth group -- Democracy for Indiana is a non-partisan statewide group for progressives.
