Saturday, September 26, 2009 & Sunday, September 27, 2009 "San Diego Democratic Council Grassroots Convention 2009" In what promises to be San Diego's largest Democratic campaign event of the year, the two day County Convention will feature workshops, policy forums, networking opportunities, and appearances by candidates for statewide and local office. For the first time, the San Diego County Democratic Party will be holding our convention jointly with the California Democratic Council, the statewide association of Democratic clubs and county committees. Convention will be at the historic Naval Training Center Promenade in Point Loma, Leadership Dinner at the Hilton Harbor Island Hotel.
